DEAR COMPANIONS OF THE OPEN STUDIOS,

We cordially invite you to the next OPEN STUDIO on Thursday, 30 November, from 6-8 pm at the Kulturhaus Eidelstedt! Jenny, the dancer Venetsiana Kalampaliki and the musician/composer Jetzmann would like to share movements and exercises, improvisations and impulses - and of course good music - with you.

Many of you already know Venetsiana from ENSEMBLE (2023) or from another OPEN STUDIO. Her current research is about accessibility in dance through rhythm. She works with voice and movement, explores the enormous potential of polyrhythms* in combination with audio description** and uses the basics as compositional and choreographic tools. She searches for the power of rhythm that arises from dancing bodies and voices as a tool for access.
